Endicott has a proven track record of producing successful entrepreneurs and supporting their launch through engaged faculty, experiential learning labs, and innovative programs like our annual Spark Tank competition, where students and alumni compete by pitching their business ideas to a panel of judges in hopes of winning funding and expert coaching for their business.
Endicott’s entrepreneurship major develops the foundational skills needed to succeed in small and startup businesses, the industry sector projected to have the highest growth in the decades to come. Current data show that successful entrepreneurs and established business leaders share a key trait – an integrated managerial perspective that has been called "intrepreneurship." These individuals are change agents with common characteristics like motivation, risk tolerance, persuasiveness, and creativity.
The program is designed to give you a strong foundation in the strategic, analytical, and tactical skills necessary to launch your own business or to become an innovative contributor to an established company or family business.
