Program Overview
Endicott’s hospitality management program explores industry fundamentals through courses in hospitality marketing and restaurant, hotel and events management, along with a series of hospitality business courses. With a liberal arts foundation and a wealth of internship experiences, your Endicott education will position you for success in this broad and exciting field.
In addition, you will have the unique opportunity to expand your focus by applying hands-on learning at Endicott’s La Chanterelle restaurant, the non-traditional classroom at the Misselwood oceanfront estate on our campus. Through applied learning, you develop interpersonal, professional, and entrepreneurial skills that prepare you for a leadership role.
Though it is not required, students may choose a concentrated field of study, with concentration options in either food & beverage entrepreneurship or hotel & resort management.

Accreditation
Endicott’s Hospitality Management program is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Programs in Hospitality Administration (ACPHA).
La Chanterelle
La Chanterelle, the non-traditional classroom, is a student-operated fine dining restaurant in the renowned Misselwood ocean front estate on our campus. As a student in the School of Hospitality Management, you will acquire skills here fundamental to the industry while gaining valuable work experience for your resume.
