Profile

Kelsey McNiff received her B.A. in History from Harvard College and her M.A. and Ph.D. in History from Princeton University where she specialized in the history of modern France. Prior to joining Endicott, she taught on the faculty of the Harvard College Writing Program and served as the first Director of Academic Partnerships at the Harvard Art Museums. At Endicott, she teaches introductory and upper-level courses in expository writing as well as honors seminars in French history and historical memory. She has presented professionally at the Conference on College Composition and Communication, the Northeast Modern Language Association, the New England Museum Association, the New England Historical Association, and the New England Faculty Development Consortium. Her work has appeared in the edited volumes News Literacy Across the Undergraduate Curriculum (2024), Reading and Writing Instruction in the Twenty-First Century (2021), and Art as Research (2013) as well as in the publications Currents in Teaching and Learning (2020), The Journal of Interactive Technology and Pedagogy (2019), and the Journal of Applied Arts and Health (2013).
