Dr. Kristin Foley is Senior Director of Online Instruction and Training at the Institute for Applied Behavioral Science. Her interests within behavioral science include higher education, ethics, collaboration, ABA in public schools, fluency-based instruction, OBM, and staff training. Dr. Foley has published in multiple journals and book chapters, and has presented her work nationally and internationally for over two decades.

Dr Foley`s Doctoral Dissertation investigated the impact of choice of assignments on student satisfaction and quiz scores in online graduate courses. She has recently published an article entitled "Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Across Disciplines." Additionally, she has co-authored multiple papers currently under review: Ethical Competence for the School-based Behavior Analyst: Perceptions and Preparedness; The Effects of Online Asynchronous Training on the Measurement Section of the RBT® Competency Assessment; The Effects of Assignment Choice on Quiz Performance and Student Experience in Online Graduate Education.
