Maureen Gilman, Ed.D., serves as Assistant Dean of the School of Education at Endicott College, where she also directs the Teaching Fellows program. An Endicott alumna, her work focuses on clinical field-based experiences, licensure alignment, and PK-12 district partnerships. Her scholarly research examines pre-service teacher identity development. Through student advising, field-based seminars, and coursework, she bridges educational theory with practical classroom application.
