Dr. Garth McKinney is Associate Director of Field Based Experiences at Endicott College's School of Education, where he oversees clinical placements, provides field-based supervision, licensure compliance, and teacher candidate development across graduate and undergraduate programs. His work bridges PK–12 leadership and higher education, drawing on more than two decades of experience as a classroom teacher, curriculum leader, and superintendent.
