Endicott College will expand its NCAA Division III athletics offerings with the addition of women’s golf beginning in fall 2026, Assistant Vice President and Director of Athletics Dr. Brian A. Wylie announced.

The new varsity program will compete at The Golf Club at Turner Hill in Ipswich, Mass. Spanning 7,021 yards, the par-72 course is widely recognized among the top golf courses in the country.

“We are thrilled to announce the addition of women's golf as an NCAA program here at Endicott. This is an exciting and meaningful step forward with a continued commitment to expanding opportunities for female student-athletes to compete at the highest collegiate level, and at a course like Turner Hill, which I personally think is one of the best in New England,” said Wylie. “The addition of women’s golf not only strengthens our existing athletic offerings, but also enhances our campus community by attracting talented, driven, young women who will excel both in the classroom and on the golf course.”

With the addition of women’s golf, Endicott will offer 22 NCAA Division III intercollegiate athletic programs, continuing the College’s investment in providing student-athletes with opportunities to compete at a high level while pursuing their academic goals.

The Gulls will compete in the Conference of New England (CNE), where Endicott will become the seventh member institution to sponsor women’s golf, joining Gordon, Hartford, Nichols, Roger Williams, Suffolk, and the University of New England. The CNE Women’s Golf Championship is held annually each fall.

To support the program, Endicott will utilize the Foresight Sports Golf Simulator room in the Post Center, which recently underwent renovations. The space will serve as a year-round training facility, locker room, and team meeting area for the program.

The College will conduct a national search for the program’s inaugural head coach, who will recruit student-athletes for the team’s first competitive season in 2026.

Prospective student-athletes interested in competing as a member of Endicott’s varsity women’s golf team can contact Jodi Kenyon, Associate Athletic Director / Senior Woman Administrator, for further information.
