Dispute, Grievance, and Complaint Submission Process

Available through the Endicott College Faculty Association collective bargaining agreement or by contacting the Office of the Provost or the Office of Human Resources.
Filing a Complaint with External Agencies
Individuals also have the right to file complaints with the appropriate state or federal agencies. In many cases, complaints must be filed within 300 days of the alleged violation.
